The owner’s total cost for the home was $1,300,000. Due to family reasons, he had to relocate to Ohio after living in the home for only seven months. In March of 2026 he listed the property for $1,800,000, and it sold for the full asking price in just four days.

Following the sale, the realtor contacted Grey to ask if there were other Omni Block homes available in the area. The realtor noted that while the average home is currently staying on the market for six to nine months, this property sold immediately because insurance companies were willing to provide fire insurance. This was a significant advantage over the other wood-frame constructed homes currently on the market.
